Avantis is a consulting firm specializing in corporate culture that helps organizations become more authentic and purpose-driven. In the midst of an internal evolution, they were looking for a brand that reflected their vision: approachable, human, and impactful. The challenge was to translate the founders’ energy into a powerful and credible identity, one capable of disrupting the status quo. This involved developing a narrative and a visual universe that would give shape to this new Avantis, making it coherent, magnetic, and faithful to its essence.

The process began by listening to the people who give life to Avantis: its team, its clients, and, most notably, Andrea Amaro and Irene Ibáñez. They are two young women with a unique energy and vision, driving an innovative consulting model compared to traditional industry approaches. Instead of imposing values, Avantis helps reveal and activate them from within, through collaborative processes, strategic tools, and a deep understanding of what moves people inside an organization.

Thanks to the research, the brand’s essence was captured: a brand that is dynamic, transformative, and deeply human, with the courage to forge new paths. From this foundation, a brand narrative was built that reflects its magnetism and clearly projects its vision for the future. The result is a vibrant and expansive identity that captures the energy of Andrea, Irene, and their team, translating it into a clear and coherent voice for all that lies ahead.
The foundation and the drive
The Avantis identity is built upon a structure that provides support while also driving forward. It is the foundation for the creation of the isotype: on the one hand, one element rests upon another, showing the start of a change; on the other hand, it is a dynamic element that can serve as a container, demonstrating the importance of what happens within a company.
A grid that organizes without limiting, allowing each element to evolve with freedom and coherence. Surrounding it, a vibrant and warm color palette reminds us that the human element is at the center: approachability, energy, and connection. Everything in the system is designed to accompany movement and sustain what lies at the core.
Guiding and encompassing architecture
The website translates the Avantis universe into a clean, intuitive, and immersive digital experience. Through a flexible grid, the information unfolds with rhythm and coherence, guiding the user on a seamless journey. Each element comes to life gradually, building a clear narrative that allows space for reflection and connection.

The Avantis identity comes to life in its applications with a clean and sophisticated visual language that never loses the energy that defines the brand. Through the use of typographic scale, the presence of the isotype, and a flexible composition, the pieces breathe and adapt.
