SICOR Group is the security service of El Corte Inglés, with over 20 years of experience. To evolve its current application, it was transformed into a digital ecosystem that reimagines the user experience within the security sector, laying the foundation for a new, flexible, and customizable digital product capable of integrating new business lines from adjacent industries.
Optimizing the experience
A security solution must, above all, be accessible to people of all abilities, ages, and levels of digital experience. A new main screen was designed to introduce clearer areas that make it easier to control the app’s key functionalities. The internal processes of each feature were reorganized to create simpler, more intuitive user flows.

The new application is built on a widget-based system, native elements that enhance the use of core features through engaging and intuitive interactions. These widgets serve as the foundation for a distinctive visual identity, unique in the market and defines the rest of the visual elements across the entire application.

Every aspect of the app was conceived and designed to convey a sense of security through the experience itself. The design leverages multiple interaction options to create functionalities based on simple and intuitive gestures that make use faster and smoother. The feeling of control is reinforced through the visual identity, which communicates relevant information to users via color, iconography, and other graphic elements.
